It was an absolute pleasure to host the first residential camp for the FLAG (Fight Like A Girl) Midlands Female Boxing Team at our club this weekend.
Hundreds of rounds in the bank, it certainly was excellent preparation for upcoming competitions. Loads of smiles, laughter and above all learning. Well done all girls and coaches. Inspirational for our boxers to see female boxing training at such a high standard.
There will be two FLAG (Fight Like A Girl) squads in April, one of which will be at South Wye Police Boxing Academy on Sunday 30th 9.30am – 4:00pm. Boxers will need to bring a packed lunch if you plan on attending.
Double the opportunity to get valuable rounds in the bank and build TEAM spirit.
Boxers will need a in date medical card (this will be checked)
Coaches will need an in date lanyard (this will also be checked)
