Do I need any specific kit and gear?

No! There’s no need to unecessarily spend money on kit – come and try us out first! The first session is free and where we can, we will provide gloves and pads for you to use initially and when you’ve settled in, we’ll advise you on what kit you will need and when you can buy it from. We do have some second hand gear here at the club but can source new kit for you if you’re unsure of what you need. Just ask a coach at your next session!
